We are everywhere, but nowhere without you

We all know the Red Cross as the organisation that is committed to helping the most vulnerable in need. The corona crisis is a direct cause for the Dutch Red Cross to put effort in their own country. The organisation assists with food aid, supporting the health care sector and by operating a special telephone helpline for those in need of a listening ear. 

Their fight against corona led to a nationwide campaign, of which we developed the entire concept. In this, we stated that the Red Cross is present everywhere and helps where they can. However, without you, they are nowhere to be found. This urgency formed the core of a national campaign, with a roll-out on television, radio, print and online.


We developed a strong TV-commercial, showing various types of help. We wrote the copy for the voice-over, recorded with national celebrity and Red Cross ambassador Humberto Tan. The TV-commercial ran for a period of two weeks, with frequent airings on public broadcasters and several commercial stations (Talpa). The radio spot was broadcasted on local and national radiostations, on public and commercial stations.

For the Red Cross, the national campaign against corona was their biggest for 2020. The message reached approximately 75% of all Dutch citizens. We are extremely proud at the result and at the revenue the Red Cross made with this campaign.
